Please stay home if you have shortness of breath, a cough, have had a temperature of 100 degrees or over within 24 hours, have had contact recently with someone diagnosed with covid 19, or have traveled outside of the country recently. We will be conducting our own evaluation for patients being seen (this includes questions regarding symptoms related to covid 19 and also taking vitals.) If you have related symptoms, we will have to turn you away.
